The hotel offered a mixed experience with clean and comfortable rooms after upgrading despite the initial darkness and lack of amenities. The service was exceptional, going beyond expectations. The location was convenient for exploring the region but lacked in-room dining options. The overall value for money was slightly compromised by the need for upgrades and the disappointing dining experience.

The service from the friendly and helpful staff was excellent, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
